Votesie 1.1.1 script description:

Votesie 1.1.1 is a Perl script for Polls and Voting scripts design by Tesol. It runs on following operating system: Windows / Linux / Mac OS / BSD / Solaris.
Votesie is a script that lets you create a poll or issue for your students to vote on and then see the results.

Publisher review:
Votesie is a script that lets you create a poll or issue for your students to vote on and then see the results. You can choose various background and font colors for your poll booth so that it can fit in with the rest of your website. When a person submits a vote, a page showing the current results of the vote is shown with a little bar graph and the total number of votes along with the percentage of people who voted that way. There is a minimal guard against "ballot box stuffing" (Unix-based systems ONLY) based on the IP address of the user, but this does have its limitations. The web server where this script will be installed must have Perl 5.000 or higher. Scripts that send email require that "Sendmail" or "qmail-inject" be available on Unix/Linux-type systems. Scripts that send email under Windows-based systems require use of the Socket under Wile (Socket.pm).
Operating system:
Windows / Linux / Mac OS / BSD / Solaris
